These updates contain the following improvements: 

base-mysql:

The password length for the MySQL passwords of Vsite MySQL-Users has been changed from 15 to 16 characters for compatability with some third party applications.

base-ssl:

A fix for the "Year-2038" problem with the AdmServ certificate has been released.

base-system:

A new constructor has been added to update a system object.
