BlueOnyx API and WHMCS module updated

The BlueOnyx API has been updated and a new WHMCS module has been released.
We just published updated base-alpine-* and base-api-* RPMs to the BlueOnyx 5209R and BlueOnyx 5210R YUM repositories that fix auto-logins from the WHMCS module pages to the BlueOnyx GUI. These were previously prevented if CSRF was enabled in BlueOnyx.
