CentOS 5 is released

After a lengthy time in development CentOS 5 is released.

BlueQuartz is still based on CentOS 4 and no immediate plans are made to port it to CentOS 5.

Due to architectural changes on CentOS 5 (PHP5 vs. PHP4) and due to the fact the the BlueQuartz GUI is heavily based on legacy PHP4 code this undertaking appears to involve lots of work.

When asked how we can contribute or help with the porting, we were told that "it's being worked on".

Months pass, nothing happens.
