We just added the ability to upload ISO images and create VMs off ISO installation media.

When you create or manage Virtual-Machines you can now specify a previously uploaded ISO image as installation media:

If you create a new Virtual-Machine and have chosen an ISO image as "Instance OS", then the Virtual-Machine will boot off the chosen ISO image and will perform the OS installation. The state of the installation can be monitored in the Instance Console via the GUI.

When the installation is finished, you can stop the Virtual-Machine and enter the Instance configuration to unmount the ISO image:

Simply choose "Boot from disk" and save. The ISO will then be unmounted from the Virtual-Machine and during the next start it will boot into the OS installed on the disk of the Virtual-Machine.
