Another performance increasing YUM update has been released for BlueOnyx.

BlueOnyx now has a REST API written in Golang with full (and enhanced) access to CCEd.

The AlmaLinux team just announced the immediate release of AlmaLinux 10.

AlmaLinux 9.6 has been released and we just published new installation media based on it.

Updated ISO and disk images for BlueOnyx 5210R and 5211R have been published.

Aventurin{e}  is a management GUI interface for virtual servers, developed by Solarspeed.net. It provides virtualization through Incus (LXD successor) to run containerized Linux virtual private servers.

The BlueOnyx 5210R ISO image is now based on AlmaLinux 8.10

Today we released the accumulation of two months of YUM updates for BlueOnyx.

We bid a fond farewell to BlueOnyx 5209R.

AlmaLinux 9.4 has been released and YUM updates for BlueOnyx 5211R are available. Additionally updated ISO images for 5211R as well as VMDK and VDI installation images have been published.  

Last week CVE-2024-2961 was announced. In brief, systems using glibc and serving php content could potentially be at risk. The vulnerability is related to the ISO-2022-CN-EXT character set.

BlueOnyx 5210R with the new GUI has been officially released.

The development work to port the new BlueOnyx 5211R GUI over to BlueOnyx 5210R has started.
