Now that the development of BlueOnyx 5107R is finished, it is time to backport the updates to 5106R as well.

Our 5107R ISO image was plagued by a few glitches. It was time for another go at it to see if these could be fixed. Additionally Scientific Linux released SL6.1 a few days ago and it was time to see what impact that would have on 5107R.

Scientific Linux 6.1 has been released. The OS related YUM updates are now available. Additionally several BlueOnyx 5107R fixes were released today.

Updates for BlueOnyx 5106R and 5107R have been released.

Today another set of fixes was rolled out for 5107R.

After spending a month almost exclusively on BlueOnyx things start to shape up quite nicely and a tentative release date of "end of December 2008" appears feasible.
