5211R: ISO image updated

The BlueOnyx 5211R ISO image is now based on AlmaLinux 9.5

As AlmaLinux 9.5 was released we overhauled the BlueOnyx 5211R ISO image and the latest version now installs AlmaLinux 9.5 and BlueOnyx 5211R in one go. It includes all YUM/DFN updates as of today.

Updated VMDK/VDI images as well as Incus images are also available at the usual download locations.
